Oh my! I have been very absent from the blogging world in the last few weeks. What, you may ask, have I been up to? I wish I could show you a plethora of beautiful sewing that I have gotten done. Unfortunately that is not quite the case. At the end of September we took a vacation to northern Minnesota to visit Lake Itasca and the headwaters of the Mississippi. The pine trees were impressive and the fall colors were absolutely beautiful. Even the lake was wonderful. Perfect and peaceful. Not to mention the guys managed to catch some nice Northerns over the weekend. Right before we left for our trip I had my monthly quilting class. It is always my favorite night of the month.
